Daily Northeast Broiler/Fryer Parts as of 11:30
Prices are trending firm for tenders; steady to firm for boneless skinless
breasts, mostly steady for wings and steady to weak for dark meat items.
Trucklot buying activity is light to moderate as dealers assess market
conditions entering the week and continue to monitor production schedules.
Offerings of tenders are balanced and moving well with premiums noted;
boneless skinless breast are light to moderate with jumbo sizes in the best
position; wings and dark meat cuts are moderate to heavy with drums, thighs
and smaller wings slow to clear. Market activity is slow to moderate.
